Representative Ramras brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                     
CSSB 22(FIN) (page 1836).                                                                           
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 22(FIN)                                                                 
     "An Act adding birthing centers to the list of health facilities                               
       eligible for payment of medical assistance for needy persons."
